Bethany has spent over 20 years in public education serving students, families, and educators.
She earned undergraduate degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education, followed by a graduate degree in School Counseling. She is currently completing training toward licensure in clinical mental health.

Throughout her career, Bethany has served as a classroom teacher, curriculum teacher leader, science educator, and, currently, an elementary school counselor. Each role has given her a front-row seat to the realities teachers face—and the tools that truly help.

Her passion is helping educators understand their nervous systems, build emotional resilience, and create sustainable habits that prevent burnout before it takes over.
